Business Development Executive

Cloud Construct is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the pursuit of strategic business opportunities. Our desired candidate is a monster with lead generation, proposal development, deal closing experience, and a long term partner mentality who isn't afraid of run-on sentences.

This role will report to the CEO and work in close collaboration with leadership and staff in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The right person will devise appropriate strategies to ensure new business through strategic and hands-on developmental roles in all facets of the new business acquisition life-cycle and proposal development. They will orchestrate timelines, identify and recommend allocation of resources, and monitor and summarize progress of new business pursuits.

What you'll do @ Cloud

• Generate new relationships with decision makers in organizations and qualify, generate, and execute on opportunities
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, demonstrating ability to build long term clients
• Communicate the value of Cloud and our differentiation within the market for our services while owning the entire sales cycle of complex, consultative service sales
• Manage a pipeline and forecast business outcomes
• Understand, amplify and seek to improve our offerings and services.

Senior Software Engineer

Cloud Construct is currently looking for a software engineer available for a full-time role. A qualified candidate will have the ability to work within a small company environment, assume multiple responsibilities and must demonstrate strong development skills. This person will also have strong written and oral communication skills, all while working well in a team environment.

As a member of our team you will report directly to the Development lead and be involved in planning and execution of projects for our clients. Cloud Construct is a completely virtual company so you will be operating from your home office while being available interact and meet with clients and our team.

Strong troubleshooting skills as well as the ability to maintain and write organized code are skills are paramount for this role. A qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to support existing projects and guarantee our clients continued success. Self organization, an agile mindset, and the ability to directly provide value to our client base will be very important.

Project Manager

This person will also have strong written and oral communication skills, all while working well in a team environment.

As a member of our team you will be involved in the planning and execution of a variety of large scale design and development projects for our clients. Cloud Construct is a completely virtual company, so you will be operating from your home office while being available occasionally to interface with clients and our team. You need to own communication and coordination internally and externally and be able to maintain timeline and budget, while also becoming the client advocate.

Responsibilities

• Help scope, plan and budget a project from idea to launch with internal SMEs
• Manage and track to the defined plan, managing the team and client to control scope and progress
• Assist in scoping new project requests, determine needed creative/development resources, and coordinate staff assignments
• Ensure all website projects have detailed requirements, schedules, appropriate staffing, and deliverable milestones
• Manage the workflow and review process, including internal reviews and external approvals
• Communicate regularly with clients, project team and support resources to review existing work items and prioritize requests
• Work with staffing manager to plan resources necessary to meet the ongoing needs of existing clients

Requirements

• A minimum of four years’ experience as a Project Manager running multiple web projects simultaneously and successfully
• Excellent relationship, client management, and communication skills
• High-energy individual that generates enthusiasm in the team and with clients
• Experience with website workflow and best practices
• Understanding of the website development process and terminology
• Ability to demonstrate collaboration and communication skills in dealing effectively with various teams/departments/personalities across an organization
• Experience with VSTS, JIRA and the Scrum and Agile workflows, Project Management and Project Tracking tools
• Ability to present ideas internally and externally to align goals and overcome roadblocks
